NTFS to Fat32 :(
Hi everybody!
I have an acer aspire 5738G and until yesterday everything was just fine.I had windows vista home premium as it came from acer and it was cool.Yesterday I got some problems with windows startup. It didn't startup at all.....
I was so desperated and the only thing I could think at this moment were the Recovery discs which I did the first day of using my laptop. But unluckily I found only one of two discs that I did.Anyway i put the disc in laptop,f12,boot from cd-dvd and something showed up........
At some point it asked me for the second disc which I didn't have.So it just stoped and the pc was shut down. When I tried to turn it on it showed just a black screen with these words written: bootmgr is missing!!!!!!!
I did some other stupidities and downloaded a windows xp sp3 iso.file from some torrent site.I mounted it on a dvd and boot from it.After i clicked on some things and went through some instructions it was writen: The following file is missing or corrupted: System32/drivers/NTFS/sys.
Checking some websites showed me that: This error comes when the hard drive is changed from Fat32 to NTFS.
Now I want to install my vista on it but it doesn't work beacuse of the NTFS hard drive.
Can somebody tell me how to change it into fat32 or leave it NTFS but make Xp work on it?
Thank you in advance
Little Bryan!
