Blue Screen Crash dump
Hi,
I have a desktop PC with Vista home premium on it and it keeps getting blue screens (Page fault in non-paged area; STOP: 0X00000050 (0XC3500000, 0X00000000, 0X80802DA8, 0X0000001) and the computer won't start no more. So I tried the system recovery DVDs, HirensbootCD, Data Recover PC to recover my personal files and reinstall Vista but nothing works.
I've now put the HDD into a SATA to USB casing to try to recover my personal files but the strangest thing happens: the computer I plug into now gets those blue screens as well (as soon as the HDD is plugged in)????????????
I've tried it on an XP notebook too, same problem.
The dumpfiles that are created on the notebooks are broken (DebugDiag 1.1 gives an error)
Can anyone advise me on what to do next. Are there any other options to recover my files....
Thanks in advance.
Erik
