S.O not accept drivers from CD room

Hi all i have a problem with my pc !
My O.S is vista home basic and from 3 gg it don't want accept driver from CD room ! (modem's drivers).

Translate :

The operating system was unable to properly install the drivers

request assistance to technical support




i Use this modem for 3 years and has never given me problems,I'm using the original cd room to install the drivers.

Hi,
Providing the modem hardware is still working and that you are using the correct Vista driver, you could possibly get this installed if you somehow manage to first get rid of the modem driver that is already installed on your system. Can you deinstall the driver from Control Panel - Programs and Features or from Start All Programs? You may want to remove the modem first or alternatively boot in safe mode before attempting this.
