Fehler 720: Computertypen stimmen nicht überein

Hi Martin,
No problems, that is a standard PPP error message, you typically get them when setting up a VPN or when connecting to an Internet Service Provider and your local ppp configuration doesn't match that of the host you are connecting to.
What are you trying to do and what type of Internet connection do you have?

I will connect my mobilephone with the notebook to surf Internet. But when i dial the Internet with the Dial up program from the mobilephone then this error message comes.

Ok mobile internet. An incorrectly configured phone or an incorrectly configured pc dial up program can both cause this. The best way forward at this point is really to contact your mobile phone operator and verify your phone and windows settings with them, as they vary between operators.

Hallo Freunde,

habe das Problem mit dem Fehlercode 720 mit der Sysinternals Suite 12/2009 aus dem CHIP-Heft 2/2010 zur vollen Zufriedenheit gelöst; die Verbindungen klappen wieder wunderbar und weit und breit kein Fehlercode mehr zu sehen.
Eine Anleitung zur Verifizierung der Verbindungsprotokolle findet ihr auch dort bzw. in der Hilfe.
Ich hoffe damit kann vielen besorgten Nutzern geholfen werden.
