How do I use my computer in normal mode

Hi, REALLY hoping someone can help me here before I go stir-crazzzy!!!!
I loaded Noton 360 3.0 security a few days ago and after 3 days with no internet access was informed to uninstall the application completly and reboot my system
From samsung recovery solution II I carried out the Basic Restore and restored it to an earlier date, which...halliluyah!!!...worked and i now have internet access....but....
Problem...Its still in Safe Mode ( black screen with "safe mode" in each corner) so everythin on the screen is "supersized" as if its on zoom, which ive checked...several times and its not!!! The toolbar, web pages, even start up screen is all HUGE txt and overfills the screen
Is there any hope of getting my computer back to normal?????

Hi,
What happens if you try booting it in normal mode? If you do not get the selection menu, try pressing F8 just after BIOS handover before the first windows logo comes up.
