Help computer keeps shutting down error STOP 0x0000007f

Hi

I hope you can help me, my Sony Vaio vgn-nr10e keeps shutting down, it won't let me download any updates or anything. the error codes shown on the blue screen are 0x0000007f, 0x80154000, 0x805d3130. Please help its driving me mad {

Well general blue screen errors are because a recent changes on your system.
1.You probably install a new software, driver, or update from any other program.

2. You install a new hardware or a hardware is just failing.

If you did not install or change any software or hardware. Well, how old is your computer?

If your computer is not that old, and easy fix will be a clean install of windows.
