Is there any way to display a webcam in My Computer?
So I just "upgraded" from XP to Vista. I found out that webcams are not displayed in My Computer like XP used to. Is there any way that I can possibly configure My Computer so that it will display the webcam icon? Thanks in advance.

hey yiujun..

In my experience, upgrading your system from XP to Vista is not an easy task. I think you should consult to some repair center providing a simple yet effective method to help you remove your problem.

Disabling the webcam in device manager would be the only way to stop it from functioning ... there is no settings that i can think of that would disable it for certian programs or anything .. hope someone else can give a better answer ..
