Vista 64 Blue Screen, irql_not_less_or_equal

Hey Guys, I've been using Windows 64 for liek 4 months now with no problems until I am getting some random blue screen crashes. My hardware didnt changed. I already tried to format and reinstall vista, run a memory test with Windows memory diag tool and also tried with mem86. The memory tests showed there were no memory problems.The blue screen just come up random sometimes it get annoying.

Below a link to the minidumps produced by the Dumping. Also a provided my system specs.
