Computer not recognizing CD/DVD drive driver
My laptop won't recognize the built in CD/DVD drive driver. We already took it out and had a look at it and there were no visable cracks and was looking like it should. The light turns on and the discs spin but the laptop will not recognize that there is a CD/DVD drive in the laptop. It also doesn't recognize any external drivers. But it does recognize everything else that has a driver (ie. MP3 player charger, tablet ect.)
What is wrong? Can anyone help? I appreciate any advice you give me :3
