Help! Windows MCI driver, anyone?!
I am trying to use a Kaplan GMAT prep CD-rom and receive the following error message:
"This application requires the MCI drivers for Windows to be installed. Please install the MCI drivers as instructed in your sound card's user manual."
I have spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to resolve this problem!! My best friend google tells me that there are others who have encountered this issue, but I haven't found a solution. I've been passed back and forth from MS to Kaplan to Dell like a hot potato, is there anyone who can help me?
I have tried running the program with the XP/2000/95 compatibility wizard - no luck.
I have Windows Vista Home Premium with SP1 (64 bit)...
Where can I download Windows MCI drivers for Vista?
Any help is much appreciated!!
