Mouse Problems

i have a dell laptop in a docking station used with a microsoft keyboard and mouse . i have limited functions on my right mouse click i cant "SEND TO " or rotate a picture directly from a card reader or just about anything else all software is up to date with latest drivers etc . can any one help .Cheers

The rotate facilities not available through the mouse.You just checkout your mouse properties.
