SAA7134 CTX921 hardware doesn't start (code 10)

Hi all,

I have this medion SAA7134 CTX921 TV-tuner card and I want to use it with my new notebook medion MD96640. I found the correct drivers on the medion homepage but the problem is that when I install the drivers , it gives me a code 10 error and the hardware doesn't "start". I use Vista PREMIUM.
Any suggestion please? Thanks in advance!
