Can't get into administration

When I turned on my computer today I could'nt log into my only administrator's account. The message was along the lines of The User Profile failed to logon. I tried looking up the problem and i was referred to The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded. - Vista Forums I was searching for help and some sites also said it could be due to W32/Sdbot.worm which could be fixed by editing the registry keys, but it didn't go through. When I tried to fix the problem from within another user and when it asked for administrators password there was an error that said Cannot find C:\Windows... etc. for all similar actions. My last hope is to factory restore but I seem to be unable to do that since that same message popped up when I tried to manage System Restore. Is there any way I could do it from the startup? Theres only F2 Setup and F12 Boot. Please help!
