Toshiba, Fujitsu, NEC in chip talks
TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan's Toshiba Corp., Fujitsu Ltd. and NEC Electronics Corp. are in talks to jointly develop advanced 32-nanometer chips to better keep up with rivals, the three companies said on Wednesday.
