Nintendo lifts forecast after Q1 triples on Wii, DS

TOKYO (Reuters) - Nintendo Co. Ltd. raised its annual outlook above market expectations after quarterly operating profit more than tripled on robust demand for its DS and Wii game gear, further boosting its skyrocketing stock.
