Nokia says Qualcomm top user of Nokia patents
NEW YORK/HELSINKI (Reuters) - Nokia said on Friday that Qualcomm Inc is the largest user in the world of its technology and patents, firing the latest volley in an increasingly bitter public quarrel over patent royalties.
