Oh, Hubble, Could This Really Be the End?
The delayed Hubble Space Telescope repair mission may never get off the ground in the wake of the spectacular satellite collision last week. The increased risk of colliding with a satellite or other space junk could push the mission into an unacceptable range of risk for NASA.
