Fans of Howard Stern, Oprah Winfrey and other high-profile satellite radio personalities have ample reason to rejoice at Liberty Media's $530 million bailout of Sirius XM satellite radio, and programming on the service might even improve. But the long-term outlook is decidedly murkier.
