The clean-car advocacy group Plug In America (PIA) will is holding an inaugural parade of 55 all-electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, silently motoring through the streets of Santa Monica. Luminaries in attendance will include three Tesla Roadsters, two Vectrix motor scooters, one Zero Motorcycle, two Phoenix SUTs, a prototype Mitsubishi iMiEV, and a converted Porsche 914. Oh yeah -- Ed Begley Jr. will be there, too.
