Kernell Indicted in Hacking of Palin's E-mail Account

A federal grand jury in Tennessee has indicted David Kernell in connection with the hacking of the e-mail account of Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin. Federal officials say the 20-year-old was indicted by a federal grand jury in Knoxville for intentionally accessing without authorization the e-mail account of the Alaska governor and Republican vice-presidential candidate.
