Lawmakers Proposing Millions for Elementary School Surveillance Cams
Federal lawmakers are considering a proposal to let public schools use millions in federal safety grants to install surveillance cameras. The measure, which would up funding to $50 million a year, will be debated in a key committee Thursday.
