applying for government grants
Hello everyone, I went to a National Grants conference and paid $1000 to receive assistance in applying for government grants. I later canceled the contract because I wasn't sure if it were an authentic company. But everything that I've found on the internet requests money for govt. grant information. Is this normal? I need your opinion.
