Sent e-mail but came up under my hubbys!

Okay I will make this as short as I can...
2 weeks ago I was on myspace

and decided to view my bio son's page,a son I had given up for my mum adopted him,anyway I had seen where in the section (My Hero) he had posted "My mom" and he mentioned he wish he had a photo of her so I sent one to him and afterwards I scrolled down his page and when I got his section "Who I want To Meet" I was shocked and disgusted,he had posted a vile and graphic post in regards to a Police Officers wife,I wanted to hurl at wot he he said he wanted to do to her so I copied and pasted wot he said in an e-mail to the police department and 2 days later a detective called me and asked how I knew this man and I explained that I was his Bio mum,well 3 wks ago my son was arrested,seems it is agains't the law to post such things and anyway my sister had called my husband why I was at work and accused him of sending the e-mail to the police department but he had not,she then e-mailed me with an attachment of the police file and she told me that if I could not give her a viable explanation as to why my husbands name and home address are on the file in which I could not then she and I wont ever have anything to say to each other again,I was shocked,hurt and angry,the file actually does show my husband as the person who contact the department,so here is my question...why did my husbands e-mail come up instead of mine since I was the one that intially sent it????...once the dust settles I will inform my now former sister that it was I that sent it and not my husband.
