Can send but can't receive on Microsoft Outlook
Hi out there...
About the first week in January, we could no longer receive on Microsoft Outlook but we can send. We have a new HP laptop with Vista since June/08 and had no trouble up until Jan/09. We had installed Norton Antivirus but we have since uninstalled it as we read that maybe this was the problem. We are at a loss as to what is wrong..this is the response we get when we do "send/receive"

We are not computer wizards so if anyone out there knows what we can do to make our Outlook work again, we would be ever so thankful. Please explain in layman's terms.
