powerpoint viewer

am i dum or something,how do i use powerpoint viewer,,i get emails that are pp and i dont know what you do.. help appreciated thanks

I save the pps file to some folder on my hard drive then start powerpoint and use it to open the file. I wish powerpoint would automatically start when I click on a pps file in email, but I havn't figured out how do make it do that yet. Anyone know?
