Simple Query
My wife is running Vista Home Premium on her Toshiba laptop. She is on a wirelss LAN in out house. Everything works fine except that when she logs in to her Email a box comes up that asks for her dial up connection. She is on broadband and the box that says never dial up a connection has been checked. She can then close the pop-up box and her Email works. The pop-up is just an annoyance. How do you prevent it?

Hi Elky,

In Windows Mail, go to Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties,
Connection tab and see if the Dial Up is mentioned here.

regards

Steve
