Trouble Playing Dawnspire Game- Dump File Issue

I recently purchased Dawnspire, and while loading a message appears saying the application has terminated due to an error, a dump file has been saved under 'launcher.dmp', which i am supposed to send to an e-mail address. The file is not showing up when i search its name. Any useful information would be great.
