Fable: TLC and Vista 64bit

I'm runing Vista Ult 64bit. Fable install with no problem and at first starts fine, but when I try to change the video setings it crashes when I pres apply. After that it start to crash when it comes to main menu. The only way to make it work again is to delete the user folder and make new user. It runs fine on default settings, but I get the same problem when I try to continue after quiting the game.
I updated all my drivers and googled for some patch/fix to this problem but no luck so far.

Im experiencing the exact same problems sorry fo my english, anyway i also was searching for an solution i didn't found one, what i did found was maybe the problem itself windows vista cant edit the saved profile.bin in the map saves in my games.
