Convert photos to comics

I wrote an application using a posterization algorithm that will take a digital image and apply a comic book effect.

Used basic GDI functionality to handle the image conversion as well as adding captions to the images.

It turned out pretty cool

Also wrote the coloring book program found at the same link.
I plan to make a bunch of these for different purposes
