Hi I am new today so if I am asking a question that has been asked and answered before then please accept my apologies. My OS is Vista and my mail package is the Windows Mail which came with it. I have, on several occasions over the past 12 months got into heated telephone debates with individuals who have claimed to have sent me e-mails but I have not received them. people click "reply" and still they don't arrive. Recently I purchased software online and awaited the activation licence key which did not arrive and there is now a Paypal investigation going on. A friend has told me that Microsoft screening is very agressive and people may have sent me e-mails and they are stuck in some sort of cache somewhere. What can I do to get guaranteed e-mail delivery and check if someone has sent e-mails that I'm not getting (I have, of course, checked my junk and spam folders).

Hi,

I would like to send encrypted mail and am trying to set up a Digital
ID.

On using the Wizard, I am having difficulty at the stage where I am
asked to specify a file to import. Can someone advise.

I also note that I have a number of certificates in Intermediate
Certificate Authorities, and Trusted Root ..., nothing in Personal,
and Other People. Can someone also explain their significance?

Thanks

I have used many years microsoft outlook and now I am trying windows live mail.

In microsoft outlook there has been the avaibility to edit the files or pictures received. Mean you can edit complete mail.

Is there any possibility to edit the received pictures at Live Mail also? For example a mail came with an attached picture of 5 MB and I could edit it and keep in live mail by reducing the size. Is it possibble?
