FixCleaner Windows Update

I purchased FixCleaner to help repair Windows Update Issues: Code 80070641. Windows Update still shows 11 FAILED! FlixCleaner indicated fixed. But after running FixClearner and restarting computer numerous times, 11 needed Windows Updates failed again and again. What do I do now? I'm tired of repeating this redundant brain draining and frustrating task and getting no Fix. Please can someone tell me what to do next?
