Min CPU speed setting keeps changing to 100%
I've asked this elsewhere in the forums, but I may have misposted it.

In Control Panel, advanced power settings, my Minimum Processor Power keeps automatically setting itself to 100%, then the CPU overheats massively very very quickly, and of course, safety cutoff kicks in and kills the power. To be fair, I'm surprised 100% makes it heat up so much, but I do want control over my processor anyway! Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any softwarre I can use to record my minimum CPU speed changes to see if there is any siftware that is changing it?
