USB ports not funtioning on boot up
(vista 64bit, gigabyte motherboard) One night,i turned my computer off via the start menu. it was taking a while, so i turned it of at the button on the front of the tower.
when i started it up the next day, it loaded the gigabyte green startup screen then switches to a programing (looking) screen. with the message "warning: DES is turned off. please use DES application to turn it on again. press any key to continue..."
it does not allow me to press any key. because it doesnt recognize the key board and mouse.
i think its the dynamic energy saving program "DES" but i dunno.
if you could help that would be great.
i have taken it to a pc store but. some of you guys out there seem to know your s**t.
if any one knows any about this, that would be great. thanks
