Setup.exe stopped working

Hello, I am trying to re-install the orginal cd NavDesk 2008 from Navman.

It keeps saying setup.exe stopped working please close the programme, even though I have uninstalled it ( unable via control panet Vista 32 bit )
so used REVO UNINSTALLER
Any help much appreciated.I have also run full system scans for bugs, and nasties etc.
