Dazzle DVC 80 Driver Audio 2 for Vista Needed

Hi Guys & Gals,
Can any one HELP I have read the logs & tried most each time I try to download ( PCLEUSB.exe ) I get taken to Pinnacle asking me to register my device but it wont recognise my serial no & is asking for payment !!! I have Vista Home Base & trying to install my Dazzle DVC 80 but having No Joy, any takers !!!!!!! Happy New Year to ALL . Thanx
