apple mobile device driver - code 31

i have an iphone issue with vista premium 64 bit

it says in the device manager code 31 and the phone only loads up as a camera

does anyone know how to make the driver load properly for the iphone

uninstalling/installing the newest itunes did not help so is there any other resolution?
