Coprocessor & SM Bus Controller drivers

I need Drivers for Coprocessor & SM Bus Controller Its a custom built with Vista Ultimate edition 64 bit with a AMD Duel Core 5000+ XFX motherboard and NVIDIA Ge Force 8200 Integrated Graphics. I cant figure this out, someone please help. Regards Richard O.

Do you mean you can't find them on the web? Or don't have the CD?

Or is it more involved where the drivers you do have won't work?
