Fail to install JFV308GB flash memory driver

Hi
I use a JFV308GB flash memory . there is no problem wen i am using any version of xp or vista windows. My big problem is when I want to install it on my vista home premium on my note book (DELL INSPIRON 6400). After installatin by some intruptions (Error Code 28) the flash memory driver can not be setup correctly and its icon can no be seen in my computer.

Would any body help me to find the solution?
