The required section was not found in the INF

Hi,

I have 32bit vista home adition, i have been trying to install webcam drivers for months now. searchin everywhere and anywhere. but i always get following error "The required section was not found in the INF" .... i found this site

now i have a feeling i am in a right direction but unfortunatly my SETUPAPI file dont have all this information, all it got is

"The location of the SetupAPI log file has been changed.
The new location is: D:\Windows\INF"

now i have drive d as DVD/cd burner.

Can anyone please help me
