SDHC 4gb problem

Hi

I hope I have posted this in the right place!

I have a SDHC 4gb card that is not recognised by my Gateway laptop running Vista Home Premium. I understand that this is a driver issue and found the following hotfix.

I was emailed a hotfix from microsoft (KB Article Number(s): 949126. I am not totally convinced this was the right hotfix but when I tried to unzip I got an error message - error 40 and it did not unzip.

Could anyone offer me some help please?
