payroll taxes are a voluntary tax
I recently heard a report that payroll taxes are a voluntary tax. I also heard that you are not required to pay any taxes out of your payroll check and there's nothing the government can do about it. According to the story businesses and corporations are required to pay the tax but individuals are not. Anyone have any thoughts or facts on this. If this is correct why am I going to pay payroll taxes?
