hello everyone glad i found this forum and hope everyone can assist me. i use a music called "skyshare" i have had previous versions of this program on my cpu. i have never had a problem until i tried to download the current version. i have even found links to previous versions. none work to no avail current or previous. i checked the error reports and i see there was a "compatability problem" for each time i tried to reinstall this program. i am including the problem report as to hope someone can interpet the problem. thx everyone.
