Extreme Echo and feedback from Vista

I am part of a company who just wrote a Flash web application for AV connectivity. We have no sound problems with XP, MAC... clients, however with Vista users the feedback and echo are extraordinary!!! Even when the user goes to headphones. I need a plan to help the Vista end users to solve the sound problems they experience. To date the problem has ONLY happened with Vista Users.

Please assist in any way possible.
