2 times the same sound with gap with media center and pc tuner card

Hello, everybody!
I have a pc with windows vista ultimate processor intel 6850 dual core
Tuner card leadtek PxPVR2200 pc.
I have no problem with the program of origin but if I start on the tv media center while fct normally if I have a duplication of sound with a gap of a second it makes the listening totally impossible. However if I make a pose on the controls media center the image freezes well, but at this point I no longer hear that its only 1 so I can understand at this point what is said

Hello everyone
I contacted Leadtek Taiwan via Email, m They have responded this morning. To work with media center we have to remove the link between the wired tuner card and sound card.
I have done and everything has returned to the order. It is good to know for next
