Hey all Iam sure there has to have been a thread already regarding this issue but I am being encouraged to introduce myself. Lately I have been getting calls from my users that they cannot print, says they need to install a printer. This only happening in MS office items all JDE printing still works.
When I get to the users desk there is no printers in the start menu and when I try to get into the control panel I cannot. This all rectifies itself once a reboot has been performed.
Any Ideas on what the issue?
