You're mowst welcome, Brandon. Neither of the logs are unusally large.
What is the installed antivirus/security software ?
Perhaps the issue is being caused by security software and it's a
transaction log or a corrupted WU database that is the issue. Thus the
system thinks that the log is full.
Suggest you give the AU| WindowsUpdate Reset Tool a shot:

That will remove all logs related to updating and recreate the
SoftwareDistribution folder hierarchy where the logs are stored.
IF there's any issues when running or after running the tool, please let
