I don't have an answer for your particular brand -- mine is Direct/Net Link
and uses an application called Thunderbird -- but just for your info, on my
PC with XP it is drive F, and on laptop with Vista it is drive G. First I
would try using Disk Manager to change the drives if possible. If not, then
I would try removing the cable, then try installing another USB item (or
virtual drive) that might become D: by default, then re-connect your cable
and see if it conjures up a new drive letter for itself.

Just my kind of thinking -- hope it might help.
