i don't know if this can help or not,
may be you could start with activating the administrator account
to activate Administrator account, first find command prompt (in Accessories), right click and select "run as administrator"
then in the command prompt, type
net user administrator /active:y
(then enter)
next to set the administrator password, type
net user administrator changeThisWordWithYourPassword
the next step is to log off, and you'll be able to log in as administrator
You can try to modify your file by logging in as the administrator .
