RE: UAC / Protected Mode prevents any downloads in IE7?
Thanks for your reply. I have resolved the issue. I was using "GetRight", a
most excellent download/ftp manager, which was causing a problem with
Protected Mode on. Without protected mode, everything was fine. I have since
upgraded GetRight to the latest version which is Vista compatible, everything
works and I'm a happy bunny!
