hey i have your solution sorry for the late reply i just made a account
here is what you do
we have to reregistery the .dll
open your command promt and open it woth admin priv
press enter between each line
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
regsvr32 wmp.dll
once you do it should all work again
